Part Time Residential Property Manager
About the job:
Opulence Property is seeking a professional Property Manager looking for a flexible work environment that aligns with their personal life. This part-time role offers the opportunity to work 2-3 days per week, ideally within the hours of 9 am - 3 pm.
Our boutique agency's head office is located in Newstead, Brisbane.
Key Requirements:
• Current QLD driver's license and reliable vehicle
• QLD Real Estate registration certificate
• Minimum 12 months of Property Management experience
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Assist with managing the Property Management department alongside the Principal
• Conduct routine property inspections and provide detailed reports to property owners
• Prepare entry and exit property condition reports
• Perform general administrative tasks as required
• Provide holiday and leave cover support
About You:
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong customer-first approach, focused on delivering quality service to all clients
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Professional and reliable
• Understand the requirements of confidentiality & privacy for clients and tenants.
