WE ARE HIRING

Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Trainers and Assessors to join our team. We currently have opportunities across two key areas:
1. Induction Trainer for Alcoa Alumina (Pinjarra Region)
2. General Trainer/Assessor (Bunbury/Pinjarra region)

This is a great opportunity for motivated trainers who are passionate about safety and quality training to join a supportive and professional team.

To be considered, you must hold:
📃TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or TAE40110 with TAEASS502 & TAELLN411)
🚘Current Driver’s Licence
💬Strong communication and interpersonal skills
🔗Current Confined Space Entry and Working at Heights tickets (minimum)

Desirable:
- Previous experience delivering training at Alcoa Alumina sites (For Induction trainer)
- Safety training background
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Basic computer skills (PowerPoint, email, general admin)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Willingness to upskill and obtain further tickets as required
- WorkSafe Assessor qualification (highly regarded)
