Rigging Training👷🏼‍♂️👏

We’re excited to announce that Basic and Intermediate Rigging high risk training is once again available at our Bunbury training facility.

With support from the Construction Training Fund (CTF) Capital Grant Program, we’ve been able to bring this training back, creating more opportunities for local business and workers to upskill through quality, hands on training right here in the South West.

WE ARE HIRING

Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Trainers and Assessors to join our team. We currently have opportunities across two key areas:
1. Induction Trainer for Alcoa Alumina (Pinjarra Region)
2. General Trainer/Assessor (Bunbury/Pinjarra region)

This is a great opportunity for motivated trainers who are passionate about safety and quality training to join a supportive and professional team.

To be considered, you must hold:
📃TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or TAE40110 with TAEASS502 & TAELLN411)
🚘Current Driver’s Licence
💬Strong communication and interpersonal skills
🔗Current Confined Space Entry and Working at Heights tickets (minimum)

Desirable:
- Previous experience delivering training at Alcoa Alumina sites (For Induction trainer)
- Safety training background
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Basic computer skills (PowerPoint, email, general admin)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Willingness to upskill and obtain further tickets as required
- WorkSafe Assessor qualification (highly regarded)
