In your life have you ever felt like you have come up against making a decision about something where part of you feels one thing and a part of you feels or wants something else?

What a month it has been in Canberra.

I've successfully graduated with Diploma of NLP & Hypnotherapy, however I am bring home so much more.

A big thank you to Gen for your hospitality, your wisdom and your excellence in training. Pushing me to continue to grow day by day. I will be forever grateful for this experience 🙏

Why I fell in love with NLP!

I was in a messy place. An internal tsunami. A shadow of the person I had envisioned for myself.

I was stuck working in a job I hated but believed I couldn’t do anything else and feeling on fire from the inside with anxiety.

My morning routine looked like this - snooze the alarm for half an hour. Give myself a pep talk, (but nobody else talk to me, I was a ticking time bomb that would explode at any time).

I knew that brushing my teeth was going to be a gauge of how the morning would pan out.

It would then continue on the drive to work - dry reaching in the car from being so anxious. But when I got to the door at work, it was game face on and it was soul-draining.

I had sacrificed my own happiness and purpose to build a business for a company that didn’t even understand the department I was building.

I knew that something had to change because I couldn’t continue living this way.

When I first went to a NLP practitioner course I didn’t even know what NLP was. I had witnessed a friend's transformation and thought why not give it a go. To be honest, I had nothing to lose.
I knew something had to change so why not give it a shot. It was never my intention to become a coach or trainer.

7 days of NLP training (which completely changed my life) and I had found my path.
I resigned from my job that day after the training. I needed to share the tools I had learnt to empower people with the mindset and business tools for a better future.

5 and a bit years on after being booked 6 weeks in advance and having the privilege to work with hundreds of personal and business coaching clients it was time to train the NLP tools that I strongly believe in I purchased Inspired Results Coaching Academy to continue to inspire the world to be a better place one person at a time.

Sports, Performance and Business is all about MINDSET.

During the holiday period I had the pleasure of helping my brother as pitcrew at the speedway.

I've been around motorsport from a young age with uncles and my brother racing but this season I have saw it from a different lens.

Sports, much like business is all about mindset, projection and preparation not only for the driver but for the crew/team as well. You can race around the track or through life as quickly as you can but to truly enjoy the ride you need to think clearly, project that you have got what it takes, to make the necessary tweeks (what we call in NLP behavioural flexibility) and prepare for the event every single time to make it safely across the finish line.

I also learnt that wet clay and mud is not easy to clean off a white car between races 😂

We are looking for new members to join our Women in Business Mastermind Group.

Business can sometimes be a lonely place so in 2021 I created a women in business mastermind group. A lot of female business owners were telling me they wanted to connect with like minded people, have a coffee and embark on some tailored professional development. So the Revolution Coaching Mastermind was born.

This year we are searching for some new members to join our group. We are a casual group with no sales pitches. Amongst the group is a restraurant owner, martial arts gym, settlement agent, mechanics, healer, interior designer, disability support agency, soil tester and coach.

WE ARE 5 TODAY!!!!!

As we wrap up for a short break we are also celebrating Revolution Coaching's 5th birthday.

It only seems like yesterday that I took the leap of faith and left my full-time job to empower people with the mindset and business tools for a better future.

In that time I have been able to help hundreds of you, my amazing clients.
As all of you are aware this year I took another leap of faith and purchased the coaching academy (Inspired Results) that I trained with to broaden the impact by teaching the tools that I believe in.
2024 is going to be another big year and I can't wait to share it with you all.

I'd like to thank you all for your support over the last 5 years and wish you all a very Merry Christmas.
