Izzak is a qualified Boilermaker and Poly Welder with over 15 year's experience across the mining and construction industries. He brings valuable industry knowledge, practical expertise and a strong focus on safe and effective site operations.

His expertise extends to dewatering systems and pumps, supported by qualifications in rigging, crane operations, plant operations, and confined space work. With his extensive practical experience, broad technical skill set and commitment to safety, Izzak brings valuable capability to site operations and the wider CCR Group team.

CCR Group is proud to continue supporting works at Talison Lithium's newest processing plant, Chemical Grade Plant 3 (CGP3), including recently undertaking recovery works that helped support the plant's restart. Over the past three years, our teams have contributed to CGP3 across a range of scopes, from construction through to ongoing support, including:

• Underground services and polyline works
• Logistics support
• Tails line tie-in work
• NPI sheds
• Construction services
• Recovery works
• Safety support
• Offsite fabrication for critical plant infrastructure

Talison’s Greenbushes Operation has been an important part of CCR's journey for more than 26 years. As a South West-based contractor, we're proud to have grown alongside the operation and grateful for the opportunities it has created for our people, our business and the communities where we live and work. Our workforce is almost entirely based in the South West and we are proud to showcase the level of skilled personnel from the SW region.

It's been great to see CGP3 back online. We'd like to thank Talison for its longstanding partnership and the trust placed in our people over many years. We would also like to acknowledge and thank all of our contracting partners who have worked alongside us throughout these works and contributed to their successful delivery. We look forward to continuing to support an operation that plays such an important role in the South West and in supplying the lithium needed to help meet the world's growing energy needs.
