Meet Jacko 👋

Over the past couple of months, Jacko has hit the ground running and become a valued part of the ICYOU Security team.

Open to exploring a new opportunity, he’s stepped into the security industry eager to learn, with a growing interest in alarms, CCTV and security technology.

What’s stood out to us straight away is his old-school work ethic — great attitude, reliable, and always willing to have a crack. Qualities that don’t go unnoticed.

We’re proud to support him as he builds his career in the industry — future security gun in the making.

This is Joel — founder and managing director of ICYOU Security and a proud Yindjibarndi Nyiyaparli man from the Pilbara.

Raised in Busselton, Joel has strong ties to both the South West and the Pilbara. In 2020, he returned to the South West with his family to build a life closer to home — and create a business grounded in trust, quality and community.

With over a decade of experience in the security industry, Joel has worked across homes, businesses, schools and commercial sites — delivering tailored security solutions people can rely on.

In 2024, he launched ICYOU Security, inspired by his daughter’s initials “IC”. What started as a personal idea has grown into a business focused on protecting what matters most.
