Growth (noun) “the process of increasing in amount, value, or importance” 🤔

Growth underpins our purpose, whether that be in business or our personal lives, and often the line between business and personal is blurred. This leads to our personal growth enhancing business performance and productivity and vice versa. Are you in a place where:
👉 Your business has flat-lined
👉 Your drive and motivation is not where it used to be
👉 Your business is going great...but you want more and you know there is more opportunities
👉 Your team is not communicating effectively both internally and externally
👉 Your marketing message is not hitting the mark, and there is a lack of engagement AND sales
👉 You lack a sense of direction in your business and seem to just be treading water?
👉 You are lost in the way to strategically and predictably take your business forward?
👉 You are not converting prospects or potential customers in to customers/clients

If any of the above have resonated with you, I want to let you know that you are not alone! Each day I speak with people who have the same frustrations and challenges in their businesses. The good news is that there is an answer, and the results mean Growth! If you are ready to make a change, then reach out via a LinkedIn message, visit our page, Website or any other social media platforms, and let’s have a chat about where you are now and where you want to be. Looking forward to chatting soon. Warmly,

Josh

In March 2024, life gave us a wake-up call we couldn’t ignore.

Deanne’s diagnosis changed everything.
It forced me to stop, reassess, and realize just how much burnout had taken from me — and from us as a family.

I used to believe pushing harder was the answer.
But I learned the opposite.

Burnout doesn’t just affect the one feeling it…
It ripples through everyone around them.

The biggest gift I’ve found in recovery?
Time.
Presence.
Connection with Deanne, Maddie, and Chase. ❤️

Because at the end of the day — that’s what really matters.

For years, I thought success meant working harder.

Long hours.
Bigger goals.
Never stopping.

But burnout showed me something different.

Success isn’t about how much you can carry.
It’s about how aligned your life feels with what really matters.

Now, my measure of success looks different:
✅ Time with Deanne, Maddie, and Chase.
✅ Space to breathe.
✅ Energy to enjoy the small stuff.
✅ Time for my outlets 🏏🏖

And honestly?
That feels like real success.

One thing burnout taught me:
You can’t pour from an empty cup.

For years, I thought rest was lazy.
Now, I know rest is fuel.

Sometimes my recharge is simple…
A walk.
Fresh air.
A quiet moment to think.

And every time I give myself that space, I come back clearer, calmer, and ready to show up better — for myself and for my family. 🌿

Burnout doesn’t just affect one person.
It affects everyone around them.

When I was starting to feel burnt out, I wasn’t the dad or husband I wanted to be.
I was distracted, tired, and never fully present.

But recovery hasn’t just been my journey.
It’s been ours — as a family.

Deanne, Maddie, and Chase have been my reason to slow down…
and also my biggest support along the way. ❤️

Together, we’re learning that healing isn’t about going it alone.
It’s about showing up for each other.

For a long time, burnout stole moments I didn’t even realize I was missing.

I was there… but I wasn’t *present.*
My mind was stuck in work mode, even when I was with Deanne, Maddie, and Chase.

Recovering from burnout has taught me this:
✨ Rest isn’t wasted time.
✨ Being present is the real success.
✨ Connection matters more than hustle.

These are the lessons I carry every day now — especially when I’m with my family.

Because recovery isn’t just about me.
It’s about showing up better for the people who matter most. ❤️

A couple of years ago, I thought slowing down meant falling behind.
Now, I know it’s the opposite.

Slowing down has helped me see where I was stretching myself too thin — and where I actually wanted to put my energy.

It’s not always easy.
But it’s worth it.

Because when you create space, you give yourself room to grow. 🌱

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned in the past two years…

It’s not about how much time you have.
It’s about *how present you are* in the time you do have.

For Maddie, Chase and me — that presence often shows up through sport.
Watching a game together.
Kicking the footy in the yard.
Or just talking about the plays we’d make if we were out there.

I used to miss these moments because I was chasing work.
Now, they’re some of the most grounding parts of my week.

⚽🏉🏏 What’s one little moment that always makes you feel grounded?

When life feels heavy, sometimes the best thing you can do is step outside and just… breathe. 🌿

For me, nature has become a reset button.
A way to step out of the noise and back into myself.

It doesn’t fix everything.
But it helps me show up better — for my family, for my work, and for me.

If you’re carrying too much right now, take 5 minutes outside today.
It might be exactly what you need.

There was a time when I was home but not *really there.*

Physically in the room, but my mind was stuck at work, stressed, burnt out, and disconnected.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned:
👉 My family doesn’t need the “perfect” version of me.
👉 They just need me *present.* ❤️

It’s not about grand gestures.
It’s about showing up.

Dad's, do you know what it feels like to be there, but not *really there.*?

There comes a moment when you realize you can’t keep going the way you have.

For me, it was clear — something had to change.

Not tomorrow.
Not “one day.”
Now.

That was my turning point. 🔄

The moment I decided to stop living on autopilot and start taking control of my time, energy, and focus.

Have you ever had a moment like that?
