While In Home Visits are not currently available.....They are great for families looking for more hands on support and demonstrations with sleep coaching and establishing health sleep habits.

In Home Visits are also great for families navigating the fourth trimester...With visits covering newborn expectations, settling techniques, demonstrate swaddling techniques, support you with your breastfeeding and more!

If you choose to have an In Home Visit and your bubba is 6 weeks old or younger, than this visit may be rebatable with Medicare 💁

How can I prevent my baby being overtired?

✨ Be sure to be mindful of age appropriate awake windows and to try stick to 15 minutes either side of the recommended timeframes.

✨Watch for tired signs/cues - Often you will find your little one will become less vocal, their eyes are less focused, decreased activity or losses interest in their surrounding

✨Avoid overtired signs - eye rubbing, irritability, yawning.

✨Ensure your little ones sleep environment is healthy - dark room and white noise.

✨Make nap-time a priority and allow time in your day for your little one to have a good quality sleep at home.

✨Try and avoid snack feeding and snack sleeping.

✨Try keep your little one awake for feeds to ensure they have a good feed.

So 15 minutes before their awake window comes to a close, be mindful to watch for your little ones cues and start your wind down routine.

Let's Talk Wind Down Routines ✨

A wind down routine provides your little one with consistency and way to ease into bedtime. You can make the wind down routine unique to each child and as simple as you may like. For example; a warm bath, breastfeed, read a book, turn your white noise and oil diffuser on, say your goodnights. Wind down routines can be established as early as from birth, to help keep some consistency to your growing bubba's life.
