🥳 2024 – What an incredible year! So many fun moments, so many things learned, and so many amazing people met!

Some highlights include:

✅ Hosted 6 Networking & Nibbles events in Bundaberg & Maryborough with a total of 281 attendees
✅ Successfully recruited 17 skilled positions, creating new win/win relationships
✅ Sponsored and coached Bingera Football Club Inc U10s
✅ Attended the Bundaberg & Fraser Coast Jobs Expo, Bundy High with their Trades program and got to be a part of the Emerging Leaders program for Southern Cross Support Services.
✅ Elected to the AHRI QLD State Council for Human Resources and the Bundaberg Chamber of Commerce Committee.

This year, we noticed that the biggest concern businesses had was whether they were paying their employees correctly, leading to pay audits and pay inquiries. In response, we launched our managed HR and Payroll service, allowing us to work closely with clients to help them navigate HR and payroll. We've assisted businesses in ensuring they're paying under the correct modern awards, interpreting award clauses, classifying employees correctly, and managing their teams effectively, efficiently, and compliantly.

Looking ahead to 2025, we have loads planned to support our community, including new best practice training and conferences, helping businesses adapt to more legislation changes, addressing the recruitment crisis and expanding to more towns to try and help more communities and local businesses!
