Unfortunately, sometimes in life, you need to make decisions that are best for you and your family. I regret to advise that Local Solar Solutions is permanently closed hereon in. May I direct you to AC Electrical and Solar (whom will now have your system on their portal) for any further requirements.

I'm fine, and I have moved on from the solar industry, it's been an amazing 9 years!

Sorry, but I need to vent!!!! 😡😡😡
I experienced the WORST customer service today. I don't want to mention the name of the store because I'm not sure how I'm going to proceed. Last night I bought something from this store. I paid cash for it. I took it home and found out it didn't work. So today, less than 24 hours later I took it back to the store and asked if I could get a refund. The girl in the store told me “NO” even though I still had the receipt. I asked if I could get a replacement instead then. Again this person told me "NO." I asked to talk to a manager now as I'm really not happy and I explained that I had just bought the item, had got it home and it didn't work. The manager just smiled and told me to my face that I was "OUT OF LUCK." 😡😡😡
No refund.
No FREE replacement. Grrrrrrrrr. .
I''ll tell you what...I am NEVER buying another Lotto Ticket from there again ...

I saw this post on a friends' timeline, I thought it was worth sharing...

I had a call from a guy yesterday who got 3 quotes. Two were local (we were not one of them) and one was these Sunboost muppets. Preceded to tell me the local guys were way too expensive and he went with Sunboost. I asked what are you ringing me for? He went on to explain how they quoted him 8 north and the rest somewhere else but the installers bunged them all south as it was easier and closer to the switchboard. Southern panels in Tas do not go well at all during winter when we have our heaviest electrical loads. He wanted me to help him build a case up against them. I just said mate you went with these rogues, you have no warranty, you have no comeback and these guys can offer these ridiculously priced low quality poorly installed systems as they know they are never ever coming back. Quite simply you got what you paid for. Like ringing up Harvey Norman to whinge about a TV you bought off Kogan because it has some dead pixels 🤦‍♂️
