We have noticed that outstanding balances have remained high across our accounts. We completely understand that circumstances can sometimes make payments difficult, and we want you to know that we are here to help. Hello everyone, trust you all received our introduction letter which was posted just over 2 months ago. We have completed our 8 weekly scheduled pickups last week, and hope that everyone has received a pickup. If you haven't please advise as we following previous scheduled areas. With the previous drivers vacating their positions, a new member has joined the team.

Dear Customers,
We are currently experiencing an influx of heavy bags and understand that this is the result of the wet weather and the unfortunate period of time late last year that the work vehicle was out of commission.
As a result, the drivers, in the midst of trying to get back on schedule, have suffered an injuring during the process of trying to safely carry out an exchange.
We're doing our utmost to keep moving forward.
This time of year has always been our most challenging.
We thank you once again for your patience, support and understanding.

It has been brought to our attention that our lovely customers are experiencing difficulties in contacting us.
We wish to apologies for this, but due to contracting the wonderful virus that is affecting most of Bundy, it's affected our ability to keep up.

In the 2 weeks that we have been back from the Christmas/New Year holidays, there have been numerous wet weather days. As a result, our employee is finding that the garden bags are weighed down from the mix of rain and garden waste, making them extremely difficult to exchange. If you're provided with an empty bag, please could you decant the waste between them. Remembering that the weight of the bag should not exceed what one person can manoeuvre.

We thank you for your patience and co-operation as we work to catch up from the holidays, and manage the extra weight that some of the bags are carrying.
