Meet Tamika, one of the friendly faces at COS Business Solutions!

Tamika has been part of our team since January 2022, beginning in an administration role where she was the welcoming face of our front-of-house operations. With her professionalism, warmth, and efficiency, she ensured everything ran smoothly while creating a positive experience for our clients.

Since then, Tamika has grown into the bookkeeping side of the business, expanding her skills across Xero, MYOB, Reckon, and QuickBooks. She now supports the team with data entry, bank reconciliations, and payroll, while continuing to build strong, hands-on experience.

Her journey reflects her adaptability, dedication to learning, and strong attention to detail. With experience across both client-facing and back-end operations, Tamika plays an important role in supporting our team and delivering great outcomes for our clients.

In 2015, she was proudly recognised as Reckon Accredited Partner of the Year, a milestone that reflects her dedication to both her clients and the industry.

Today, Kim focuses on training, consulting and empowering clients to gain clarity and control over their financial systems. Administration Officer required!

We are seeking an Administration Officer to join our dedicated team.

About the role:
This is a Full-time position within a small family business. The successful applicant will need to be highly motivated, able to follow instructions, be adaptable to changing situations, have an eye for detail and a mature attitude. While experience is preferred, it is not essential, but a positive attitude and a strong work ethic is a must.

As an Administration Officer, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to develop the essential skills required for success in your role. This includes proficiency in office systems, effective communication, time management and problem-solving techniques. You’ll also gain practical experience with administrative processes, technology tools and organisational procedures, ensuring you are well-equipped to handle daily tasks and contribute to the smooth operation of the team.

Essential requirements:
- Highly motivated and team-oriented
- Able to follow instructions
- Highly organised
- Ability to learn and adapt to change
- Comfortable with recurring tasks
- Honest, positive and mature attitude
- Strong work ethic
