Meg Roper Plan Manager I am a Plan Manager based on the Gold Coast. I am fully mobile and travel all throughout south-east Queensland to see clients.

Invoices are paid daily and communication with clients is regular. Plan Management in an Australia wide service.

Participants do not have to provide a copy of their plan to a provider. You are in control of how often you engage with a provider and it is within your rights to negotiate a rate. If a provider automatically increases its prices when you get an NDIS plan, you are free to find another provider.

Remember your plan manager is there to help. If you are not sure about a purchase or support, ask your plan manager for clarification.

There is no excuse for your plan manager to pay invoices late. Did you know you can change plan manager at any time? You do not have to wait for your review.

Remember as a participant you are in control of your supports and how frequently you need them. If a service provider asks to see your plan, you do not have to show them. Unfortunately, some providers see the plan then draw up a schedule that uses all the funding for that support.
As a participant, you are in control.
