One of our beautiful family friends made us a Chicken Tikka Masala this afternoon as my little one has been in hospital, and it's been a bit hectic at home! We really needed a nice home cooked meal... as this past week has been sandwhiches as my passion to cook was just not there...

Did you know Thermomix®️ has a warm up setting??? Meaning tonight I was able to come home after another long day in hospital, transfer the Tika into the Thermy and have it warm up to a perfect temp, without having to stand over the stove or nuke it in the microwave....I was able to spend some much needed time giving my boys some love as I've barely seen them, all the while knowing our dinner was warming up to the perfect temp, and was one less thing for me to worry about!

The Curry is delicious, and we are so thankful to be sitting down tonight enjoying it together, so thank you Amber ❤️

I've seen this pop up on my Cookidoo®️ a few times and never tried it, recently my team leader raved about how easy these were to make, and wow was she right!

What's for dinner in your house today?

I love this simple one bowl recipe!

Ready in just 30minutes, two 10minute cook times so you can potter in between, and tastes amazing!

I made the 4 portion serve, but did you know you can increase or decrease your serving sizes on cookidoo®️ what a fantastic feature if your entertaining, or just simply want a bit of comfort food but may not want left overs!

Today I didn't have cream, so substituted it for 3/4 cup of full cream milk and 1/4 cup of melted butter, I also omit the white wine as I personally don't like the taste, so I add an additional teaspoon of vegetable stock (also have a great recipie for that 😉) and some extra water.

I love that the recipies are so versatile and easy to adapt 🥰

Hope everyone is having a lovely Sunday morning 🥰

As many of you know I lead a busy life, I work full time, study full time and am raising three little minions.... and then of course I have my beautiful Thermomix®️ business, most people ask how?!

How do I do it all... with the help of my Trusty Thermomix®️ thats for sure. Today I am taking a drive to do an unboxing demo for two lovely clients, I decided to cook dinner before I went as I really want to start writing one of my reports for Uni today when I get back...

Bolognese is one of our family favourites, and has two 15minute cook times, which is fantastic for me to dash around the house, have a shower, and sort the kids, and that is exactly what I did

So now it's 9.15am, I'm leaving to do the unboxing, kids are happy and fed, I know dinner is now sorted, bowl is doing its preclean, and all I have to do is come home and study in peace 🥰

People often ask if the Thermomix®️ is big enough for their family, below is a picture of the Bolognese, this will definitely feed my family of 5 when paired with some pasta or Zuchinni noodles, I add some carrots, capsicum and mushrooms to this recipe before the second cook time and it always turns out perfect

Tonight I cooked up Spaghetti carbonara 😋

I like to substitute the spaghetti for fettuccine as a personal preference, and my kids LOVE it!

We have been given a heap a eggs lately from our neighbour, and I wanted to use them up, this recipe helps with that!

This recipie has 2 decent cook times of over 10 minutes which allows me to potter around the house and do odd jobs, which is perfect for me!
