We take electrical safety seriously. Every piece of coffee equipment that leaves our workshop has been electrically tested to satisfy AS/NZS standards by our qualified coffee technicians.

The tag colour Black indicates the test be carried out yearly. 🔳

We were asked this week, “Do domestic espresso machines really need a service?” The short answer? Absolutely!

Even though domestic espresso machines are built to last, like anything mechanical equipment, components wear over time.

🔧 Seals and O-rings can deteriorate
💧 Small leaks can develop
⚙️ Valves and moving parts can wear
🔥 Scale and build-up can affect performance
