What an incredible milestone.
Ten years ago, Unknown Coffee started as an “unknown” dream. Today, it’s grown into something I could never have achieved on my own.
To our amazing customers, thank you for trusting us to service, repair and supply your coffee equipment. Your support and loyalty over the past decade means more than you’ll ever know.
To our hardworking team, thank you for showing up every day, giving it your all, and taking pride in what you do. Your dedication has helped turn this dream into reality.
To my wife, Ange, thank you for believing in me, supporting me through every challenge, and joining the business to help us deliver the best possible service to our customers.
To all of our suppliers and industry partners, thank you for your ongoing training, guidance and support throughout the years. We truly value the relationships we’ve built.
Running a business isn’t for the faint-hearted. There are highs and lows, tough decisions, risks, long hours, sacrifices and plenty of pressure. But every challenge is worth it when we’re able to help our customers solve their problems and keep them serving great coffee.
We genuinely love what we do, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has been part of this journey.
