A great start to the year for Civil Aviation Safety Authority of PNG achieving recertification to ISO 9001 for their Quality Management System. ✈️

It's always a rewarding journey to Port Moresby for our Lead Auditor, Ben Hilditch, who can never speak highly enough of the hospitality, cooperation, and openness of the CASA PNG team throughout the audit process.

Congratulations to Safety Manager Mr. Michael Terim and the wider CASA PNG organisation for their commitment and connection to upholding the highest quality standards across their operations.

Getting the year off to the right start with our WA client, Category 5 Labour Management.

Our auditor Leslie grabbed these great shots of the Cat5 rail crew, fleet and machinery during their onsite surveillance audit in Port Hedland last week.

Despite the heat, it was a pleasure to work with Wayne Miller and the Cat5 team – always proactive, responsive and prepared for continual improvement on their ISO certification journey.

Hawkeye Services WA and Hawkeye Pilbara have just completed ISO re-certification across quality, safety and environmental standards.

Their business has grown. Their systems have kept pace.

As their JASANZ-accredited certification body, we assessed their systems against the ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards. The result reflects a well-embedded, well-maintained management system that supports delivery across complex projects.

✈️ Our Lead Auditor, Michelle, spent last week in the Northern Territory, starting in Darwin before heading south to Alice Springs for client audits.

From the Top End’s tropical heat to the red centre’s dry desert air, it was a trip that highlighted the diversity of Australia’s regions and the dedication of the teams working in them.

A big thank you to our NT clients and to Michelle for the commitment shown throughout the audits.
