It might seem like a small issue, but vegetation growing from building joints can lead to much bigger problems if left untreated. 🌱🏢

Our rope access technicians recently removed trees and weeds growing between the building joints before thoroughly cleaning the area and resealing the joints with Sika sealant to help prevent future water ingress and protect the building envelope.

Our team recently completed the restoration and repainting of these high-rise metal poles using industrial rope access techniques, allowing us to safely reach every section without the need for scaffolding.

To ensure maximum durability, every pole was thoroughly prepared by removing corrosion and treating the metal correctly before any paint was applied. We then completed the system with one coat of Dulux Metalshield Primer followed by two coats of Dulux Metalshield topcoat, providing superior protection against rust, UV exposure, and harsh Australian weather conditions.

Not every building issue starts with a crack. Sometimes it starts with something as simple as a water bubble.
