Another incredible evening supporting the Starlight Australia at the Five Chefs Dinner!
We’re proud to have once again partnered with an event that brings the hospitality community together to raise vital funds and create brighter moments for seriously ill children and their families.
Our Sauvignon Blanc Fumé was beautifully paired with Course 1: Poached salmon with jerk sauce, mixed herb cream, finger lime and shellfish oil. Masterfully created by Chef Brian Cole of The Ritz-Carlton, Perth
A perfect pairing for a memorable night of great food, fine w**e and an even greater cause!

95 points. Not a bad way to make an entrance for our very first Nebbiolo.
It's quickly becoming one of our most sought after w**es and after one sip, you'll understand why.
Pop in and taste it for yourself at our Cellar Door, open daily from 10:00am - 4:30pm. And if you're lucky, you might even enjoy a personalised tasting with Josh, our talented w**emaker, who'll share the story behind the w**e straight from the person who crafted it.

Success opens with rich dark fruits and layered savoury intrigue, revealing notes of wild mushroom, to***co leaf and subtle chocolate. Fine tannins and a seamless texture create a w**e of depth.

“Our goal with Success was to create a Bordeaux blend that expresses the character of Margaret River and where we’re going” Josh, W**emaker

Visit our Cellar Door to experience the first release of our Virtues range and discover Success for yourself.

Every bottle tells a story long before it reaches the glass.
From carefully selected vineyard parcels to careful maturation in oak, each decision helps shape the character, texture and balance of the final w**e.
Here’s our w**emaker, Josh, hard at work, assessing the aromas and development of a barrel as part of the journey from vineyard to bottle.

The first Virtue is here. “Success”

Altair Estate’s very first Bordeaux blend.

Margaret River was built on Bordeaux varietals, with Cabernet Sauvignon long regarded as the king of the region. The early ‘success’ of Margaret River was founded on premium Cabernet; w**es of structure, elegance and longevity.

Success is our tribute to that foundation.

Crafted from carefully selected estate parcels and matured in oak, this small-batch Bordeaux blend honours the region’s legacy while marking the beginning of our own.

Secure the first Virtue. Online or available for tasting at cellar door.
