Quote vs Reservation, what’s the difference? 👀

With busy season upon us and popular items booking up quickly, we thought it was a good time to explain the difference!

A quote gives you an idea of your hire items and pricing, but it doesn’t secure them. Once your 30% deposit is paid, your booking becomes a reservation and those items are locked in for your event.

For orders under $500, full payment is required to secure your items rather than a 30% deposit.

And don’t worry, you can still add, remove or change items as your plans come together.

If you’ve got your eye on something for your event, we recommend securing it early to avoid missing out! 😍

A little behind-the-scenes fact: our Director personally designs the products in our collection. Rather than simply buying off the shelf, many of our pieces are manufactured specifically for Hire Society, designed to withstand continuous hire while still looking beautiful event after event.
