Meet Aldo — the man behind Blue Arrow Coffee.

A world-class chef turned coffee roaster, he spent years travelling the globe in search of flavour. But after a big turning point in his life — questioning his passion for seafood and our place at the top of the food chain — he started looking for a more sustainable way to share taste without harming the planet.

What began as a dream of farm to plate became something even more meaningful: farm to cup.
Through long-term relationships with producers in his native Peru, Aldo now shares coffees rooted in integrity, origin, and connection.🌱☕️
