🌟 RECEPTIONIST/ADMIN PERSON REQUIRED 🖥☎️ 🗂

We are looking for person wanting to join our busy small business team who is friendly and helpful, organised and a good multi-tasker, and motivated to learn our service and computer systems.

Our store attends to Electronic Repairs and Installations of some household appliances – doing mostly warranty repairs for multiple brands. Also sales and installation of car and home audio and more.

The right person will be mostly at our main reception area, managing service jobs book-ins and computer records and basic filing, which incorporates parts orders, job quotes, invoicing, emailing, phone enquiries and some sales as required, and more.
Other duties include some manual handling assisting customers and others with jobs and goods movement in and out and around the store.
It is essential to have good problem solving skills and good record keeping with attention to detail to aid the communication for all team members here in our daily tasks.
Being somewhat “Tech Savvy” is a bonus as you will be required to assist with software updates and the like from time to time.

On site training will be provided with ongoing support to the successful applicant.

Job position award rates – approximately 38 hours per week. Initial position is casual basis, but looking for a long term personnel.

Due to COVID-19 many of our manufacturers have closed their call centres, however parts are still dispatched.
