🌧️🌧️We have had some crazy weather this week! For our local friends who are stuck under all this cloud cover, 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝟯 𝘀𝗲𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝘄𝗲𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗶𝗽𝘀.

✅ Run your air conditioner on DRY. This will remove that damp feeling from your home, making you feel better, and keep your fabric and machines nice and comfortable

✅ Zip lock bag your wash-away stabilizers. The dampness in the air can make this stuff gluggy, stick together, and then when the air dries out, brittle.

✅ Pop moister absorbers in your pins - when you next get one of those little moister absorbing packs with your new shoes, pop one in your pin-tin to prevent rust. PRO TIP - good pins don't rust but we all seem to get the occasional ring in that does!!!

Happy Mother's Day to my mum Penny. 🤟Thanks for helping me build my sewing classes business, teaching me how to run the shop, and giving me the confidence to learn how to service machines with Uncle Mike. I love our little family business together.💃💃

Sorry peeps but the shop will be closed tomorrow (Saturday the 2nd). It’s my big brothers wedding! I know I should have posted about it sooner, but I forgot I can’t be in two places at once. We will be back open 9am Tuesday.
