we installed about 30L/m of strip drain too ensure there was no water issues, finished off with a light broom 32mpa
all external plumbing points were raised and stormwater redirected too match slab height and drainage done by truly yours Fowler Plumbing and Gas.

185m² of exposed (eclipse) & 50m² of plain concrete surrounds 32mpa everything.

This one wasn't just a pour and go. We had water seeping down onto the block from day one, so before any concrete went down, we had to sort the ground out properly.

We ripped out around 40 cube of unsustainable dirt and replaced it with CBR45 road base, then compacted it properly to build a solid foundation. Too many people want to cut corners, but that's not how we do things.

A solid base is the key to a solid job. If the prep isn't right, the finish won't last.

Plenty of hard work went into this one, but the end result speaks for itself. Big thanks to everyone involved for putting in the effort and getting it done. Another quality job we're proud to put our name on. 👊
