WE’RE HIRING – Skilled HME Operators – NT
Maxitool Mining is on the lookout for experienced Dump Truck (CAT 777), Dozer & Loader Operators for a remote Northern Territory site!
✅ Primary role: CAT 777 haul truck operators
✅ Opportunities on D10/D11 dozers & ancillary equipment
✅ 8/8 FIFO or residential roster – 12.5-hour shifts
✅ Flights from Cairns or Darwin + paid travel hours
✅ Accommodation & meals covered
✅ Super paid on all hours worked
About You:
• 2+ years production mining experience
• Safety-focused with strong mechanical aptitude
• Will be required to complete a pre-employment medical including D&A

What We Offer:

About You:
✔️ Must be a local resident of Townsville, Ayr, Ingham, or surrounding areas (DIDO role)
✔️ Must have a valid Driver’s License and own reliable transport
✔️ Confined Spaces & Working Safely at Heights Certificates required
✔️ Able to pass pre-employment medical, drug, alcohol, and fitness tests
✔️ Must hold or be willing to obtain a current National Police Check
✔️ Process operational knowledge, preferably in gold, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Minerals Processing plant environment
✔️ Experience operating and maintaining process equipment and plant processes
✔️ Must be suitable to operate Mobile Equipment
✔️ Assist with shutdowns & start-ups
✔️ 2+ Years Mining Experience preferred but not essential
✔️ A safety-oriented mindset with a drive to meet production goals
✔️ RII competencies & HRWL highly regarded

Preferred Skills & Experience:

⚙️Operation of machining equipment (CNC lathes, milling machines, line boring equipment)
⚙️High-Risk Work Licence – Do***ng
⚙️High-Risk Work Licence – Forklift
⚙️Precision component work and strong mechanical aptitude
