As many of my friends know I am a forensic accountant and Court Expert Witness. (I testify on your case in Court). With current technology I can help you with your case even though I am based in Cairns Australia.
One article included of note, is a transcript of a Constitutional case, where the Mandrax dealer who brought action against the Revenue authority in the Constitutional Court (highest Court in the SA that rules only on Constitutional matters, and based on my report alone SARS won the case. What happened here that I was appointed to investigate all the assets of Mr. Motsepe and show that they were acquired from drug sales and not earned from his 2 businesses he claimed to earn it from. Motsepe was in jail while I was doing my report, but when he got to see it, he escaped, paying off a white warden, who was prosecuted for this. Motsepe then killed his partner and the undercover policemen, who had infiltrated him, and left the country to Nigeria, There he had facial surgery. I was now upset that all my hard work may have been in vain, as you can not prosecute something that you don’t have in custody. So, I obtained permission from the Police to take this to SARS, so I could show them the profits he made so that they could attach his assets. They then on my report and affidavit, froze his assets, after issuing a tax assessment. (You see even drug or illegal income is taxable). Motsepe’s wife then brought this action through obtaining appeals through the normal court system to the Constitutional Court. She claimed it was unconstitutional that SARS raise an assessment on their assets. On my report alone her application failed. Many years later they caught Motsepe who was back in SA , in disguise etc. He is sitting in maximum C security prison in Pretoria. , not only dealing in Mandrax but killing 2 people.
So I just wanted you to know the above and I attach public documents of some of the cases I have been involved in. (If you require my CV then email me as this is private information).
One thing you will notice is that you should never highlight text with a non-yellow highlighter , like I did in a few Newspaper articles, as it does not photocopy. There are other newspaper articles but I have not included as the ones given are sufficient to see my experience and expertise. I also included references from various prosecuting authorities to give to the WA Police , when I registered as Investigator ,(yes, the police control them, a god thing, it makes it all ethical with rules and regulations). The other letters were addressed to the Certified Fraud Examiner body in Texas, USA.

The overseas trips you will see from a letter of Advocate Henk Louw that we went a few times t London, France and Switzerland. He was the prosecutor, he is practicing as a Advocate at the Bar in Sandton for over 20 years. I recommend him for any matter you may have. After been appointed on the largest stealing, fraud and smuggling in gold in SA history and the World, the Police and I came back and after I arrived home my daughter came to me and said a guy in her class said that his father was caught and in jail, that’s all ? It subsequently turned out to t be the accussed. Many of you my know him. Anyway they brought a bail application which was refused, see transcript attached. They later pleaded guilty and my report. They were only small fish and they assisted us to catch the bigger fish, 3 were successfully prosecuted , 2 fled SA apparently on Police tip offs (corrupt). They are still today fugitives. However, it later turns out that one of them is related to an old school friend. One of the other criminal’s was good friends with a minister , and in much later years the two rocked up at my Mom and Dad’s house for tea in Uvongo. (Wow).
