We are seeking a Personal Assistant/Administration Assistant.
About us:
Disability Insurance Administration Services is a local Cairns based business providing Plan Management Services to NDIS Participants. We pride ourselves in providing personalised services to our clients.
Due to our growing client base, we are now seeking a Personal Assistant to complement our small and dedicated team.
Our office is based in Kewarra Beach and we are looking for someone who is available to start immediately, to work a minimum of 8 hours a week (Mon – Thursday) with high likelihood of increased hours. Must be somewhat flexible with working hours to suit unique office hours.
The role will be on a Casual basis for a probationary 3-month period and then onto Permanent Part Time basis with proven competency.
Your role will be to personally assistant the Manager of DIAS
Duties include but not limited to:
• Assisting with daily administrative tasks
• Liaising with NDIS, Clients, Support coordinators & Providers
• Meeting and onboarding new clients
• Data entry in CRM system
• Emailing reports
• Following up queries
This person must be a problem solver with a good work ethic, be self-motivated and able to work in a team environment as well as alone. This person needs to demonstrate the following skills & qualities:
• Highly skilled in MS Office suite
• Evidence of previous experience with complex CRM system
• Strong organisational skills and able to plan & prioritize their workflow
• High level communication & interpersonal skills
• Fast learner
• Attention to detail
• Patient & understanding nature
• An understanding of the NDIS & disability related environments is ideal but not necessary
