Panama – Finca Lerida (Filter Roast) 🇵🇦
One of Panama’s most historic farms, located in the highlands of Boquete near the slopes of Volcán Barú. The cool mountain climate and rich volcanic soil produce coffees with remarkable clarity and sweetness. This washed Catuai lot is clean, juicy, and syrupy with deep chocolate notes and maple-like sweetness.

Colombia – Gaitania, Tolima (Espresso Roast) 🇨🇴
From the mountains of southern Tolima, a region known for its high altitude and slow cherry maturation. The washed process enhances structure and balance, creating a cup layered with stone fruit sweetness, caramel depth, citrus brightness, and delicate floral notes.
