How to avoid a visibility hangover

Today, I want to share one of the most important things you need to do if you want to be more visible:

SET A SMALL GOAL

Instead of going from zero to hero, just work on ONE STEP. Give yourself a chance to work on a milestone **on the way** to the big visibility goal you’d like to achieve. Only focus on the small milestone.

FOR EXAMPLE:

If you’ve been avoiding stories/reels/videos like the plague, don’t make ‘daily videos’ your goal.

Make your goal something like ‘record 3 videos’ or ‘publish 1 video’.

And celebrate when you do it.

Then set another micro goal. Why? Because if you go too hard too fast, it won’t be sustainable. It won’t be realistic (if it were, you’d be doing it already). And you’ll end up with a visibility hangover, and probably right back where you started.
