When the Anderson family first planted grapes on their beautiful hilltop property back in 2001, it was purely as an experiment, "A group of us planted Cabernet Sauvignon grapes on the highest point of the property. The vines did well and we added Shiraz, Riesling and Chardonnay," recalls Ruth Anderson, who has been lovingly tending the vineyard ever since. Husband, Father, Grandfather and friend t

o many; Donny Anderson passed away in 2016 and his dream was to plant Riesling, a wine which has now won a Trophy and Gold medals for the vineyard. When it was time to enter the first production phase, the Andersons decided to call the small cool-climate range '3 Views' as a celebration of their property spectacular panoramic views, which extend east to the Blue Mountains, northwest to Orange and southeast to Oberon. "Our experiment turned into a small business," laughs Ruth. "We've since planted Merlot, Malbec, Petit Verdot, Tempranillo and Gewurztraminer, and are proud to have produced several award-winning varietals." Our wines are exclusive to mail order & represented at a healthy proportion of local Bathurst restaurants.
