Useful information if you are using a Trading Name for your Business

If you’re using a trading name that isn’t registered with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), don’t forget to update it. Soon, only legal entity names and business names registered with ASIC will be published on our TPB Register. This is designed to maintain consistency across government registers and help consumers accurately identify registered tax practitioners. If you don’t update your unregistered business name on time, only your legal entity name will appear on our TPB Register. Find out more: https://ow.ly/xbyk50YiCcu
