When something goes wrong in a confined space, seconds matter — and the wrong response can turn a rescuer into a second casualty.
That is why Host Safety and Training (RTO 40772) delivers PUASAR025 - Undertake confined space rescue: a nationally recognised unit of competency for the people who are expected to respond when things go sideways.
Over 2 days face-to-face in Darwin, participants will:
✅ Learn how to safely participate in confined space rescue operations
✅ Build hands-on rescue skills
✅ Develop the ability to identify, detect and monitor hazardous materials on site
Ideal for emergency response personnel, rescue team members, safety officers, and workers across mining, construction, utilities, manufacturing and emergency services.
Participants assessed as competent will be issued a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for PUASAR025 - Undertake confined space rescue by Host Safety and Training (RTO 40772).
