Remembering a Legend: Fludder 🦅
There are some people who simply are the heart of a club. For the Suncoast Eagles, that was Fludder.
His history with the game goes back to his own days as a junior player, and over the decades, he became a face known to almost everyone in the hockey community. But while his roots were wide, he was an Eagle through and through. In recent years, his dedication was centered right here with us, and he became a foundational part of everything we stand for.
To our juniors, he was the coach who believed in them. To our seniors, he was the teammate who had your back, on and off the rink. To all of us, he was a mentor, a leader, and a dear friend.
His passion for the game was only matched by his kindness and the way he looked out for everyone in our community. He leaves behind a legacy built over a lifetime on the rink, a culture of mentorship and loyalty that will stay with the Eagles forever.
Our hearts, our thoughts, and our unwavering support are with his wife, his daughters, and his family.
