"The Department of Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning has released two documents – the Development Assessment Rules and the draft community engagement toolkit – in readiness for the new planning system commencement on 3 July 2017.

Following public consultation in late 2016, the DA Rules have now been made by the Planning Minister and will commence on 3 July 2017.
