š A New Chapter for Everest Caravans š„¹
Today, Iām writing this with one of the heaviest hearts Iāve ever had.šš„¹
Not only as a business owner, but as Louieās wife, his biggest supporter, and the person who has proudly stood beside him through every late night, every challenge, every milestone, and every caravan that proudly rolled out of our factory for the past decade.
This is a post we never thought weād have to write.
After months of soul-searching, many difficult conversations, and more tears than I could ever count, weāve made one of the hardest decisions of our lives.
From 1st August, Everest Caravans and Smash Caravan Repairs will officially begin a new chapter under the ownership of Jomy and his team.
Many people may not know that over the past year Louie has been quietly battling ongoing health challenges. Like so many people, he carried those struggles privately while continuing to pour absolutely everything he had into Everest.
But there comes a time when life reminds you that your greatest success isnāt measured by businessāitās measured by your health, your family, and the moments you get to spend with the people you love.
After a great deal of thought, weāve chosen to step away so Louie can focus on himself, and so our family can begin a new chapter together.
For those who truly know Louie, youāll understand that Everest was never ājust a business.ā
It was his dream.
His passion.
His pride.
His purpose.
His baby.
He built Everest from the ground up with his own two hands. Every caravan that left our workshop carried a piece of himāhis workmanship, his attention to detail, his integrity, and his belief that if something was worth doing, it was worth doing properly.
He never chased shortcuts.
He chased quality. Louieās famous wordās QUALITY over QUANTITYāØ
That is what built Everestās reputation.
Over the years we havenāt just built caravansāweāve built friendships, lifelong customers, incredible relationships with suppliers, and a community that has supported us through every stage of this journey.
For that, we will be forever grateful.
One thing we knew with absolute certainty was that we didnāt want Everest to simply come to an end.
This brand means too much.
It represents too many years of hard work, sacrifice, passion, and love.
Knowing that Everest will continue gives us enormous comfort.
Louieās legacy doesnāt end here.
It continues through every caravan that proudly wears the Everest name and through the next custodians of the brand.
We would like to warmly welcome Jomy as the new owner of Everest Caravans.
Louie and I sincerely wish Jomy and his entire team every success, happiness, and opportunity in the years ahead. We know how exciting this next chapter will be for them, and we genuinely hope youāll continue supporting them just as youāve supported us over the past decade.
While ownership may change, the foundations Everest was built onāhonesty, quality, craftsmanship, and prideāwill always remain part of its story.
The Everest phone number, page, Instagram account, and website will all continue under the new ownership so the Everest journey can carry on.
Before we say goodbye, Louie wanted to leave you all with these wordsā¦
āI built Everest with my hands, but more importantly, with my heart. Every caravan that left my factory carried a piece of my passion and dedication. Iāll always be grateful to every customer, supplier, friend, and supporter who believed in me and became part of the Everest story. Thank you for trusting me to build your home away from home.ā ā¤ļø
To every customerā¦
Thank you.
To every supplierā¦
Thank you.
To every staff memberā¦
To every contractorā¦
To every family who trusted us with their dream caravanā¦
To every person who recommended Everest to a friendā¦
Thank you.
From the bottom of our hearts.
You helped build something incredibly special, and weāll never forget the friendships, memories, laughter, and support youāve given our family over the past ten years.
As I write these final words, I realise this is more than just another Facebook post.
This is our farewell.
This will be the very last post I make before handing over the page, Instagram account, website, and all of Everestās social media platforms to Jomy and his team.
In the coming days, once they officially take over, Jomy will introduce himself, share his vision, and begin this exciting new journey. I truly hope youāll welcome him and his team with the same kindness, encouragement, and support that youāve always shown us.
While this may be the last post from Aneta & Louie, it is not the end of Everest.
Itās simply the beginning of a brand-new chapter.
Thank you for believing in Louie.
Thank you for believing in Everest.
Thank you for believing in us.
From our family to yoursā¦
Thank you for being part of our story.
With all our love, gratitude, and one final goodbye,
Aneta & Louie ā¤ļøš
