Meet our Coaches | Sarah Queenan 🙌

Sarah is the Founder and Managing Director of Humanify HR and works selectively with senior and executive leaders navigating complex leadership, people and organisational challenges.

Drawing on her experience as a senior leader, Sarah provides a practical sounding board for leaders working through difficult decisions, competing priorities, change and complex people matters.

Using the Life Styles Inventory (LSI), Sarah helps leaders build greater self-awareness, strengthen their impact and make practical shifts in how they lead.

As Sarah spends most of her time leading Humanify HR and delivering complex client projects, she maintains a small executive coaching portfolio and has limited availability for new senior leadership clients.
