Please join us in giving a big welcome to Maddison Reid (Maddi), our new Operations Coordinator. Maddi is the "engine room" here at Humanify HR. She’ll be working behind the scenes to support the delivery of our leadership, coaching, and tailored learning programs, ensuring everything runs smoothly for our clients.

What makes Maddi such a wonderful addition to the team is her background: she’s currently studying Nursing and Paramedicine. 🩺 🚑

This clinical training has given her an incredible ability to stay calm and empathetic, even when navigating the most complex workplace matters.

What a night! 🌟 We’re still reflecting on the amazing energy at the ‘Managing Psychosocial Hazards’ event we co-hosted with AHRI this week.

It’s not every day you get to hear from Marie Boland (CEO of Safe Work Australia) on how to navigate psychosocial hazards in the workplace.

The 3 big takeaways for 2026:
1️⃣ Back to basics: Stop reinventing the wheel. Use the systems you already have to support your people.
2️⃣ Lead with capability: Managing psychosocial risks is not a "tick-a-box" exercise; it’s a leadership skill that requires investment.
