It’s been a busy stretch on the road lately between travel, sessions and connecting with incredible people - but the kind of busy that is fuelling me, not draining me!

MBC Insights has a big week of travel ahead!

Wrapping up the final session of the LEAD Program in Nowra and then heading to the Gold Coast for business, before travelling to China to lecture in Global Management for the next two weeks!

When parents understand their own motivators and their child’s motivators, it becomes much clearer why certain conversations go the way they do.

Sometimes it’s not defiance.
Sometimes it’s not attitude.

It’s simply a motivational mismatch.

When our drivers clash, communication can quickly turn into frustration. But when we understand those drivers, we can adjust our approach, connect better, and support our children in ways that genuinely motivate them.
