HOLIDAY // prep is top of the list this week.

There's nothing worse than arriving on holidays and having to race straight to the supermarket to fill the pantry for the week, so I always do my online supermarket shop to arrive within hours of arriving on holidays.

One other online order I always place before I leave are my lifestyle 'must haves'. A small shipping fee always outweighs an excess baggage fee at the airport!

HOLIDAY // organisation is top of the list this week.

One thing I always do is get my holiday food online shopping order done to arrive within hours of arriving myself. I can't stand getting somewhere then having to race to the supermarket to stock the pantry for the next few days.

Don't be fooled by thinking protein is only for athletes. I only started using protein powders in the last five years well after my hockey days were over.

Not sure about you, but personally I find it very easy to start snacking late afternoon as I am running in between school pick ups and after school sport (pre-Covid), and so easily grab something to eat on impulse, rather than on purpose.

That's why I now make sure that I consume with purpose and protein has become my afternoon partner.

But this is all about to go to another level when later this week we have a brand new protein formula dropping!
