We seek a full-time BAS Agent who will work closely with the company founders, champion our cause, and be a leader amongst our team.

Registered BAS Agent
Self-starter with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a high energy level who can work well both independently and as part of a team.
A professional manner, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with clients.
Excellent problem solving skills and solutions-focused approach
Demonstrated experience leading, managing, mentoring and training staff
A can-do attitude and flexibility to meet the growing demands of the business
An organised and methodical approach working within a fast paced team environment
Consistent ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and stay calm under pressure
Well organised, reliable individual with outstanding attention to detail.
Think innovatively to create efficiencies in work processes and thrive in a paperless office environment
Not be afraid to challenge their comfort zone and grow with our business and have an insatiable appetite for continuous learning and development
Excellent knowledge of tax compliance and payroll
Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll
A minimum of 5 years' AU experience in bookkeeping on a variety of platforms and high-level technical knowledge with the ability to apply it to finalise jobs for clients.
The ability to demonstrate accurate and timely client bookkeeping skills and an understanding of BAS and GST matters,
Experience with various cloud accounting software and practices including but not limited to Xero and MYOB.
Experience with all Google Suite and other productivity software.
Advanced Spreadsheet skills.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
