2nd session in, it’s her BIRTHDAY today, and she still showed up and absolutely smashed her session! 🥹🥳👏🏼

Fun fact: this lovely lady was actually my VERY FIRST client when I started my business 10 years ago, and I had her for the first 2 years! Can you believe it?! 🥹🤯

So a massive WELCOME BACK! It’s been a minute… 🤭💪🏼🫶🏻

These legends have completed another week! 🙌🏼🔥
A little earlier than usual as I’m off on a lil holiday now, but this team has absolutely been smashing their sessions - especially over the last couple of weeks with the extra sessions to cover while I’m away! 💪🏼

I’m incredibly proud of each and every one of you! 🥰 Keep up the hard work, and I’ll see you all on the 5th to keep smashing those goals and making progress! 🔥🙌🏼

A little Bootcamp love 🥹🤎

There’s honestly nothing better than receiving messages like these from the people who have trusted me to be part of their journey. 🫶🏻

The Bootcamp Challenges are about so much more than workouts. They’re about showing up, challenging yourself, building confidence, creating friendships, celebrating the little wins and most importantly.. having FUN along the way. 🥰

Seeing how much these challenges have helped people believe in themselves again is something I’ll never take for granted. 🥹

Thank you to every single person who has jumped into a Bootcamp Challenge, trusted me, supported each other and made each challenge so special. 🤎

You make what I do so incredibly rewarding.

And to those who are thinking about joining the next one.. I promise you won’t regret it! 👀🤭😌💪🏼

Week 5 done 🤩💪🏼

These guys are seriously killing it every week - both in sessions and at home with their weekly challenges! 👏🏼

Last week’s challenge was to reach 4,000 battle rope reps across their 3 sessions as a team - AND they absolutely smashed it, reaching 10,845 reps! 😮‍💨💪🏼 Absolute legends!

Thank you to everyone for being so patient with me in yesterday’s session, especially after my 24-hour treadmill challenge. 😂 My legs are still recovering, but I’m hoping to be back to normal on my feet in the next day or so! 🤞🏼

Let’s continue the hard work into Week 6, team! 🫶🏻🫶🏻
