We’re incredibly proud to have partnered with NAWIC ACT to deliver the 2026 Mentoring Program.
Over the past six months, we’ve seen what happens when mentoring is given the right structure, space and support: genuine relationships form, confidence grows, perspectives are challenged and learning continues well beyond the formal program.
A huge congratulations to Wisdom’s Kylie Flower, whose thoughtful facilitation and commitment have been central to creating such a meaningful experience for mentors and mentees.
Thank you to NAWIC ACT for trusting Wisdom Learning to support this important program, and to every mentor and mentee who brought such openness, generosity and energy to the experience.
Seeing so many of these mentoring relationships set to continue beyond the program is a wonderful measure of its impact and exactly what great mentoring should achieve.
We’ve loved playing a part in NAWIC ACT’s work to strengthen, support and advance women across the construction industry, and we’re proud to contribute to building the capability and connections that help create lasting change.

Yesterday, our CEO Jana Clyde joined Steph Waddon at the National Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) Forum to explore a challenge facing organisations across government and industry:

How do we move from skills investment to measurable workforce impact?

As organisations navigate workforce shortages, AI transformation and increasing expectations around workforce readiness, capability can no longer be viewed as a standalone learning initiative.

It must be connected to strategy, workforce planning, workplace application and organisational performance.

The models shared in this session reflect the approach we use to help organisations build capability systems that create sustainable workforce outcomes.

Congratulations to the LRTAV for a hugely successful conference at MOVE, Shepparton! Wisdom Learning - RTO 88062 co-presented with Ann Ferry, GDP Transport showcasing her experience as the LRTAV nominee on the 2024 Daimler/ATA (we can tag ATA) Future Leaders’ Program. Our lead facilitator, Kylie Flower also facilitated a Women in Business panel, interviewing three incredible women who shared their leadership journey navigating the many roles they undertake to support this crucial industry.

Wisdom Learning - RTO 88062 are proud to be learning partners of NAWIC ACT. We have been supporting NAWIC ACT over the past 8 years. The awards writing session is donated every year as part of our commitment and belief in the importance of public recognition of the work of Women and allies in the construction industry. Kylie Flower facilitated a successful session which will hopefully inspire attendees to write a submission for either themselves or to nominate a deserving person!
