🚀 What are YOUR values?

If you’re running a business (or leading a team), this question isn’t just fluff, or a corporate activity to build culture. Values are the foundation of everything you do. If not the concreat, at least the reo bar that makes it strong.

But, figuring out your core values can feel like one of those things you should do but never get around to. Or is one of the corporate activities "done to you", with the hope of building culture.

I am 100% sure it can be much more than that.

Here’s why it matters:
✅ Values guide your decisions – From who you hire to the clients you work with.
✅ They shape your brand – People connect with businesses that stand for something.
✅ They keep you aligned – Especially when your business starts to scale.

In my latest blog, I’ve outlined some high level steps to find your values (without the overthinking), and how to actually use them to grow your business (or align you team).

It’s not about throwing words like authenticity or integrity on your website and calling it a day (these are aspirations in my opinion). It’s about defining what REALLY matters to you—and letting that drive your success.
