The Ipswich Street development continues to progress, following the recent completion and official opening of the new purpose-built Coates facility.

Attention is now focused on Building 2, the future home of Area 51 World. External works are complete, while internally, services and finishing trades have been completed and the office fit-out is nearing completion.

The team is now progressing the final stages of works, including external line marking, final finishes and the testing and commissioning of building services.

We look forward to sharing the completed facility soon.

Miru is entering an exciting new stage of construction, with works now above ground across all four blocks.

The project is transitioning from superstructure construction into internal works, with internal sheeting underway in Block 3 and services rough-ins commencing in Block 4. Top-level framing is now complete across Blocks 1 and 2, with brickwork progressing across both buildings.

With multiple trades active across the site, Miru’s external façades are beginning to take shape while internal works continue to advance, bringing the development another step closer to completion.

Construction at Poplars continues to build momentum, with key milestones now achieved across multiple areas of the site.

Building 1 at Lot 10 has reached another major stage, with precast complete, structural steel installed and the first concrete pour finished. At Lot 8, Building 3, roofing is now complete and internal framing is underway, bringing the residences to life.

Across the broader site, external concrete kerb and pavement works are progressing as civil infrastructure continues to take shape.
