Grosvenor Performance Group

Grosvenor Performance Group Seeking optimal performance for your projects, programs or organisation? Interested in collaboration In every project there’s the knowns.

Grosvenor is a team of management consultants that believe there is a solution to your problem – no matter how unique to you and your business or organisation. The things we need to do, what we want to achieve and what’s in the way. But what about the things that aren’t seen? The things just outside your peripheral vision. The factors and forces that just seem to appear at the wrong moment. We cal

l these the ‘other risks’. The ambiguous and unknown. The seemingly unknowable. It’s here where we are strongest. It’s here where we over deliver. See, we pride ourselves in seeing broader, in spotting earlier, and uncovering sooner. It’s part process, part vision, part culture, part experience and all consuming. And the payoff is that when our clients choose Grosvenor they know exactly what they’re getting. They also know what they won’t be getting too. And that’s no unseen surprises.

There’s always something special about coming together as a team for a cause that means so much to so many people. ☕💛

This week, the Grosvenor team proudly took part in Cancer Council’s Biggest Morning Tea once again, raising funds to support the incredible work being done in cancer research, prevention, and support services.

We’re proud and happy to contribute to such an important cause, and grateful to everyone across our team who got involved, donated, shared stories, and helped make the day meaningful.

Moments like these are a great reminder that even small contributions, when made together, can have a real impact.

As EOFY approaches, many teams are looking for smart ways to set themselves up for the year ahead. One area that often gets overlooked is Program evaluation documentation.

As programs evolve, it’s common for evaluation plans, logic models and performance measures to become outdated or for gaps to emerge where they didn’t previously exist. Left too long, this can make assurance, evaluation readiness, and demonstrating impact more challenging.

We’re currently supporting agencies to quickly refresh or develop fit-for-purpose evaluation artefacts, including:
• Evaluation plans
• Logic models
• Performance measures
• Evaluation frameworks

The focus is simple: practical, proportionate, and aligned to current guidance so documentation actually works when you need it.

EOFY is a great time to address these gaps to strengthen your programs for FY26/27.

On ANZAC Day, we pause to honour the courage, sacrifice, and mateship of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps.

Their legacy continues to shape who we are as a nation - a reminder of service, resilience, and the enduring commitment to something greater than ourselves.

In today’s world, where uncertainty and conflict continue to affect many communities, that spirit of looking after one another feels just as important.

We are privileged to have supported organisations that work closely with Australia’s defence community, and to support the Kookaburra Kids Foundation, which provides vital programs for children of defence families impacted by mental health challenges. Grosvenor has also joined the Veteran Employment Commitment and has been recognised as a Veteran Employment Supporter.

Today, however, is not about organisations or outcomes - it is about remembrance. About gratitude. And about honouring those who served, and those who continue to serve.

Lest we forget.

Where water flows, equality grows.

Globally, more than 1 billion women – over a quarter of all women (27.1%) – still lack access to safely managed drinking water services. Access to clean water is not just about infrastructure; it’s about health, opportunity, safety and equality.

This UN World Water Day (22 March), we’re reminded of the vital role water plays in communities everywhere. At Grosvenor, we feel privileged to contribute to projects that support water organisations across Australia and the essential work they do for communities and the environment.
