Canberra Fire Protection X Fire Service Plus 🤝
We’re thrilled to announce some exciting news about the growth of our business. As of 29 September 2025, Fire Service Plus has acquired Canberra Fire Protection, a highly respected local provider of fire protection services. This merger brings together two trusted names in the industry and marks the beginning of an even stronger chapter in our shared commitment to keeping people and property safe.
This acquisition is more than just a change in ownership. It combines decades of experience, local knowledge, and technical capability into a single team servicing NSW and the ACT. Clients of both Fire Service Plus and Canberra Fire Protection will now benefit from a larger, better-resourced service network, expanded product and service offerings, and continued local expertise.
A Message to Our Valued Clients
In a letter sent to Canberra Fire Protection clients, former Director Paul LeMesurier shared the following:
“After many years of running Canberra Fire Protection, I am writing to let you know that, as of Monday, 29th September 2025, I have sold the business to FSP Co Pty Ltd. Importantly, the business name will remain Canberra Fire Protection, so you will continue to know us as you always have.
This has not been an easy decision, but after a long and rewarding career, it is time for me to step into retirement. My wife and I are looking forward to travelling and enjoying the next chapter of life together. I want to sincerely thank you for your loyalty and support over the years — it has been a privilege to serve you and to build long-lasting relationships along the way.
I want to reassure you that very little will change in your day-to-day dealings with us. The same dedicated team will continue to look after you, with additional support from the Fire Service Plus head office and Goulburn/ACT team members. There will only be some small updates to our systems and processes, all aimed at improving our service to you.
From the date of sale, Teagan Grace will take over as Director. Teagan brings great energy and commitment to the role and is looking forward to getting to know you personally in the coming months.”
