👋Ava (left) joins us as our new Receptionist, bringing enthusiasm, professionalism, and a warm smile to our front office.

👋 Monica (right) joins us as a Strata Associate, where she will support our strata management team and assist in delivering outstanding service to our clients.

🔑 We've Settled Into Our New Office! 🔑

The boxes are unpacked, the coffee machine is running, and we're officially settled into our new office!

This move has been a huge effort, and we'd like to take a moment to acknowledge everyone who helped make it happen:

• The Upton family for all your hard work physically moving office contents and spending countless hours assembling new furniture.

• Our IT team for getting our systems transitioned and keeping downtime to a minimum.

• Our Management Team for the effort and dedication involved in finding our new location and coordinating the move.

• Our incredible team for helping pack up the old office on our final day and for your patience and support while we settled into our new space and got everything up and running.

Thank you all for being part of this journey and helping us start this exciting new chapter.
