What a fantastic day at the tennis event! We had so much fun creating a tennis-inspired bake stall for the occasion. 💚

From tennis ball cake pops 🍭🎾 and Cookie Monster treats 💙 to cupcakes, brownies, cookies and donuts — the table was packed with sweet treats made especially for the day.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who stopped by, supported us, bought a treat, had a chat and showed us so much love 🥰 Every purchase and kind word meant so much to us.

We loved putting this together, and seeing everyone enjoy the tennis-themed bakes made all the hard work worth it! 🎾🍪🧁

So much work goes into the smallest fondant pieces, but seeing the finished cake makes it all worth it! 🧜‍♀️🐚

When fondant becomes an edible Play-Doh. Rolling, shaping, moulding and adding just one more tiny detail until suddenly there’s a whole underwater world sitting on top of a cake. 🌊✨

I always thought my banana bread and chocolate cupcakes were what Batz Bakes was known for. They were the very first treats I learned to bake and the first products I started taking orders for.

But over the last few years, one dessert has completely stolen the spotlight… my Strawberry Tres Leches Cake. 🍓🤍

So many customers come back asking for it exactly the same as last time—and that’s the biggest compliment I could receive. The soft, milk-soaked sponge, light whipped cream, and crunchy White Oreo topping make it the perfect refreshing dessert.

I almost didn’t put it on my menu, but I’m so glad I did—it’s here to stay!
