Sonya is the founder of Mindful Transitions and a former senior executive who has led multi-billion-dollar government and corporate initiatives. She brings a deep understanding of the intense pressures women face in high-performance roles.

As a proud CALD woman, Sonya knows firsthand the weight of cultural expectations and the constant pressure to prove your worth.
