👋 A quick introduction to two wonderful people who recently joined Vantage Strata and have settled in well since.

Ava Castano has stepped into the receptionist role and is the first voice many of our clients now hear when they call the office. A Canberra local of more than twelve years, she brings a background in teaching and a strong grounding in administration, and is currently studying a Bachelor of Business at the University of Canberra. Her sights are set on progressing into strata management over time.

Aakash Raut joins us as a Trainee Building Manager, bringing more than eight years of property maintenance experience across hotels and residential buildings in Sydney and Canberra. His approach is hands-on and practical, with a strong technical grounding in building systems and a track record of working closely with contractors, residents, and teams to keep things running smoothly.
