It's been a fun week of cooking! With the many dietary/food intolerances that we are faced with nowadays it can seem to be a challenge, sometimes impossible to create something that does not only meet these needs but is also delicious!
However always love a challenge and this week was no different.

We have installed 12 of these wicking beds at Sage Education and Childcare. The idea is to provide the children with a connection from garden to plate, nurturing their interest to try new foods. They also have the opportunity to be a part of the growing process as they watch their seeds turn into sprouts and grow to become food.
