After 20years of doing one of the most enjoyable and rewarding jobs it’s time to close my family day care business.
In that 20 years I have helped parents raise, guide, protect and love the most precious thing in their lives, their child.
I have enjoyed watching the children reach each new stage of their development and then grow into a young person ready for the big world.
In this time have developed some wonderful relationships with the families and I have had the opportunity to watch some of the children that were in my care grow into young adults that are now having their own children.
I will miss the little things that children do that makes me laugh and I will certainly miss the big hugs the unconditional love that they give me daily.
Lastly thank you to those families for trusting me with your beautiful children❤️❤️

The children were very engaged in doing their Father’s Day craft. They painted a cup for dad in their own little design and then helped to mix together the nuts and bolts treat because dads love treats.

Small group, home-like environment, only 4 children to 1 educator, lots of attention and care.
Qualified and very experience educator, CCS approved.
Educational play-based program with a wide range of play experiences.
Large outdoor area with lots of time spent outside

Caring for our several tomato plants is paying off. The children get excited to see a flower on the plants because they know that it will soon be a tomato.
They are very patient and look every day to see if any of the green ones have turned red and today we got 5.
Straight off the vine to eat and some for home

This is our Christmas tree this year because of the age group that I have in care and the children are loving it. The decorations are Velcro so they are easily put on and off the tree and anything else that they stick to all day.

Mr 5 yo has been very interested in aliens and monsters so to extend on this interest we rolled on to Halloween. He chose which monster he wanted to do each day. He chose the monster, how he was going to colour it and then where to place them on the cardboard.
He wasn’t very confident cutting out the monsters to start with but after a little encouragement he became quite skilled at cutting.
He was very proud of all of his achievements
