Recently, a client gave me the below book to read.

This quote from Bruce Lee, resonates with me because this is in fact the aim of every treatment; to affect muscle pliability. However, the massage treatment alone is not enough to create and affect long term change.

So, taking a pliable open approach to trying exercises for recommended time frames, trialing suggestions and opening your mind to new experiences will assist to achieve our intended outcomes.
